La Mousse Restaurant

La Mousse asked us to design their envronment for their new Restaurant in New Zealand’s booming Winetown of Martinborough. Due to the amount of daytrip tourists coming from the nearby capital, we helped La Mousse develop two spaces, a daytime Bistro for light and delicious snacks and a night-time restaurant for fine dining. The outdoor garden area was used to bring the surounding country side close and make the customers feel like they are in a vineyard.
